The immigration section is in charge of our Judicial Expert Mónica R. Seco, with more than 15 years of experience in Immigration and Immigration Law, Judicial Expert in Immigration and Social Intervention registered in the professional association of Judicial Experts of the Kingdom of Spain.

Our immigration services cover everything related to the application procedures for Residence Authorization in the General Regime and in the Community Regime, advice and application for all types of visas in origin, presentation of files before the immigration office corresponding to the applicant’s place of residence, claims and appeals in any instance. Application for Fingerprint Appointments and any other procedure both at the Alien’s Office and at Police Stations, we advise on asylum and international protection.
Preparation, presentation and follow-up of Spanish nationality by residence. Registration at the Cervantes Institute for the DELE and CSSE exams, as well as advice and presentation of files for Nationality by option, Affiliation and registration after the deadline.
We carry out requests for documents registered in the Central Civil Registry or in other Spanish Civil Registries. We file applications for the registration of marriages of Spaniards occurring abroad in the corresponding Civil Registry.
Regarding the homologation of foreign degrees, we have extensive experience in the presentation of these files at the Ministry of Education, as well as in the creation of the profile in the electronic headquarters of this Ministry.
